Can an AI shopping agent actually buy your product?

AI assistants now complete purchases on the shopper's behalf. Being recommended is no longer enough: the storefront must let an agent find every variant, read the terms, verify the claims and check out. We scored four magnesium storefronts on the six layers an agent walks through, 0-3 each, 18 max.

Platform beats brandShopify switched on UCP for everyone. A value brand on Shopify scores 14; a premium NSF-certified brand on a custom site scores 6.

Lost on architectureReviews cite pureencapsulations.com, a fork page with an empty catalog. The real store (pureforyou.com) is agent-ready but invisible from there. One fix closes the gap.

Two kinds of agentsHTML-reading agents saw one Nutricost price; protocol agents saw all three variants. A store can be ready for one and blind to the other.
