A workflow, not another handoff

From “where do we appear?”
to “here is what we changed.”

We connect the evidence to a concrete action, then help you implement it. You see the proposed content before anything goes live.

01 / MEASURE

See the answers behind the numbers.

Review brand mentions, website links, competing brands and the captured answers. The example shows a Gemini baseline; ChatGPT has its own results.

02 / RECOMMEND

Know what to change — and why.

Explore missing topics, category definitions and content structure, informed by captured answers and reviewed articles. Each action names its target and rationale.

03 / REVIEW

Approve the actual words.

Check the page address, title, description and full draft. Accept or reject the change. Publication is a separate step from drafting a recommendation.

04 / Publish · an actual example

A recommendation became
a real page.

The recommendation: explain where ShelfSignal fits AEO and GEO. The action: create a dedicated guide at /aeo-geo/. The recording shows the same address before and after approval.

The page does not exist.

Optional managed hosting

Bring the site.
We handle the change.

For an ongoing programme, we can move the agreed website to our hosting and manage its approved updates. You get one place to review recommendations, request edits and follow the work.

Discuss hosting and implementation ↗

Scoped to your actual website.

  • Before migration: agree compatibility, hosting and migration costs, included pages, backups and domain access.
  • During the programme: we prepare changes, maintain the agreed hosting scope and publish after approval.
  • Your control: request copy or service-page edits in chat, inspect the draft and decide what goes live.

Measurement alone does not require moving your site. Complex applications, checkout systems and private content need a separate scope. The demonstrated workflow uses Telegram; other messenger connections are agreed during onboarding.

Clear responsibilities

One plan. Two kinds of action.

Not every recommendation is a website edit. We separate the work we can implement from the external-source work your team coordinates.

WEBSITE / SHELFSIGNAL TEAM

We prepare and implement.

Useful pages, clearer product and service information, relevant definitions, visible structured data, internal links and technical SEO fixes within the agreed scope.

You review and approve publication. The before/after example above shows this path.

EXTERNAL SOURCES / YOUR TEAM

You coordinate with the publisher.

Editorial mentions, relevant directories, factual company profiles and corrections on third-party websites. We provide evidence and a practical client checklist.

No automatic outreach or third-party edits. Independent publishers control their own pages.

AI content + technical SEO + your edits

Better information.
A healthier website.

01

AI visibility recommendations

Act on the topics, entities, explanations and sources relevant to the answers in your agreed question set.

02

Technical SEO recommendations

Address verified crawlability, indexing, metadata, canonical URL and structured-data issues. A technical audit score is not an AI visibility score.

03

Edits you request in chat

Ask for a copy change, updated service information or an agreed page edit. We prepare it for the same review-and-approval workflow.

05 / Remeasure

Check the next answer.
Not just the deployment.

After implementation, repeat the same questions with comparable assistant settings. Keep brand mentions, website links and recommendations separate, and show the evidence behind any change.

Improved AI visibility is a hypothesis to test, not a promise. Search traffic, enquiries and sales are separate outcomes.

Our measurement methodology ↗

Before we begin

A few practical answers.

Do we have to move our website?

No. Measurement and recommendations can come first. Managed hosting is an optional implementation arrangement, scoped after we review your website.

Can we approve every change?

Yes. In the demonstrated workflow, a draft is not authority to publish: the owner reviews the actual proposed content and presses Accept. Authorised people and supported edits are agreed during onboarding.

What happens if we want to undo a change?

Open the task history and request Roll back. A new-page rollback removes the created page. Conflicting later edits require review; we do not silently overwrite someone else’s work. Reapplication requires a new review and approval.

What does it cost?

We quote the agreed measurement, implementation workload, hosting and migration scope for your site. No migration or ongoing hosting commitment is implied by sending an enquiry.
